Colour Conference 2019: Pressing On

Last week I went to the Hillsong Colour Conference with a group of twenty amazing women from my church. It was held at the Sydney Convention Centre in Darling Harbour with 8000 other Christian women from around Australia, who were passionate and thirsty for God.

 

Over the three days, we listened to several different speakers and it’s taken me a while to be able to sift through the ocean of encouraging and inspiring words and work out what I wanted to share with you about the Conference today.

Musings about Mary and Motherhood

This Wednesday night my family had a really special opportunity to join a church for their “Stroll through Bethlehem” outreach event by posing as Mary and Joseph with our seven week old baby girl wrapped up as baby Jesus. The whole experience came to life for me in a surprising way that has helped me realise how much we, as mums, can relate to Mary and be thankful for what God has done for us.

Pregnancy, fertility, Poly Cystic Ovaries (PCO). I finally got here!

My Fertility journey with Poly Cystic Ovaries (PCO)

Well we FINALLY got here! Twelve weeks pregnant today! Woo Hoo! Baby number three! I am so amazed and feel so very very blessed. This has been a tiresome journey (but totally worth the wait of course). Today I would like to share with you a bit about this journey and my struggles with getting pregnant due to Poly Cystic Ovaries, and basically why I am especially super excited and thankful for this precious gift of life.
